Check out the DVS Vaolari shoes,  this is a very good shoe, lightweight and flexible and they look sweet. I’ve found they’re a snap to keep clean and nice looking. You might want to buy one half size bigger then you usually wear as Ive found my pair to fit a little snug and smaller then most of my other kicks. Now as good as they are they’re not the most durable out there. I found after skating pretty heavy with them I wore some decent size holes in them in about 3 weeks. That being said I really like everything else about them especially the fact theyre so lightweight.

Ok so next up we have the DVS Munition shoe. These guys always come up with a  durable yet stylish product and these are no exception.

Im a big fan of the way these look and perform, theyre simple and clean looking but not boring .  I find they pretty much look great with shorts or jeans.   Besides looking good these kicks have some excellent board grip and feel. They are mostly suede but DVS was smart enough to put some tough leather in front at the toe so they wont rip through too quickly if you skate in them. All in all, the grip on the DVS Munition is tops. In my opinion these are some of the very best skate shoes out there and pretty cheap considering theyre from DVS

These are a really decent shoe with good support and comfort. I have found with some DVS shoes like these they take a little bit of time to break in so maybe dont’ go for a long session your first few days of wearing em. I would also suggest buying one half size larger then you would normally take because in these kicks there is a stash spot up front so it takes u a bit of room. Me personally I could have lived without that feature but some people like it. I really love the clean look of these shoes combines with their construction. Theyre durable and strong.

A great pair of cheap skate shoes will be well fitting, have great support and be very sturdy. Most top of the line cheap skate shoes will have reinforced patches around the toe, side and bottom for extra protection in the places you most need it. The rubber thickness will be more uniform, not like a running shoe that has a raised heel. Some will even have a lace cover. If the ones you want don’t have a lace cover, get some tough, thick laces and trim them or tuck them in. Make sure to try your new shoes on at night time because your feet will swell in the day. Oh make sure you don’t go looking for new shoes right after a skate session…because ya, you guess it, they will also be swollen. If you spend a little bit of time looking around you should be able to find some killer skate shoes on sale. I know myself I always find cheap Vans shoes online and they’re really awesome quality and performance!

Your shoes are your connection to your board, so when you go looking for them, bring your deck with you. Some shoes you will find give you a disconnected feeling from your board. Not good!
